Be prepared to answer these questions:

  1. Where is the event and what is the event date?
  2. On what kind of surface will the tent be placed?
  3. Can we stake into the surface? Pole tents require driving in 36″ stakes.
  4. How much open space do you have for the tent?
  5. How many people do you wish to accommodate and in what configuration?
  6. Would you like 5′ round tables, 8′ rectangle or mix of both? Each table can seat 8 people comfortably.
  7. What other items will be underneath the tent (bar, dance floor)?
  8. Do you want lighting? If lights needed is there a power source at the site?
  9. Do you wish to enclose any portion of the tent with side walls?
