Numerous tent sizes help accommodate growing guest lists. 50′ wide tent with three lengths to choose from: 40′, 60′ and 80′.
Tent seats 200-400 guests for a sit-down dinner and 325-650 guests for cathedral seating (depending on size chosen).
Side walls with windows available upon request. Delivery, tent set up, tear down & pick up included.
Price assumes delivery within a 30 mile radius of Sartell and staked on grass. Tax not included.
(1) Tent requires staking into the ground. If you have private utilities (underground sprinkler system, yard or parking-lot lights, gas grills, etc) you are responsible for locating and marking their locations and/or providing blueprints. Sartell Tent Rental is not responsible for hitting unmarked lines.

The extra 10′ around the tent perimeter is needed for stakes to safely support the weight of the tent.
(3) You’re responsible for all necessary permits required by City, County and/or State. Most tents don’t require a permit.
A pole tent is a tension tent that is set up with interior poles to hold the vinyl in place and must be staked into the ground.
A frame tent is a free standing tent with no interior poles supported by interlocking pieces of metal. These also require stakes unless concrete ballasts are available.
